These are pretty good and offer different levels of stretches for increasing your performance, thatās if you are happy to work on one leg at a time. Light weight, good foot print size and sturdy. Iād say these have been value of money.

These are a set of wedges that can be configured in multiple ways for stretching. Depending configuration you can stretch your calves or Achilles. They are made of hard foam and are coated for durability. Basic product that performs as advertised.

Using instead of Squatty Potty!
I bought a squatty potty but found it aggressively too high so I bought these instead and I find them way better. My knees are still above my hips and I can sit comfortably.
