Must have for plantar fasciitis
Color is fine. Very firm. Lightweight. I use it to stretch my calves and feet out for plantar fasciitis. Great exercise benefits for the money.

Hard, stiff, not flexible
Is what it says it is. However it is rock hard. Yes it says it is extra firm foam. But this is harder than packing foam; absolutely NO give to it at all. I will keep it as some exercises can be done, but I can't imagine laying on top of it.

Half-Roll Relaxation Joy: Helps stretch Everything
This half-roll exercise adjunct is fabulous for relaxing one's spine, pressing on fascia bands, and generally helping with mobility and flexibility. It is small enough to store off to the side of the living room, so it is not intrusive, and I really like it that it is a half, and therefore stable on the ground. It also can be in the living room without presenting a major trip hazard, since I bought a black one - it shows up well on m pale grey rug where I do my stretching and relaxing. I like it!
