Very good lactase supplement tablets, easy to swallow, no taste and good value for money.

The product works really well. Not an unpleasant taste, but then others have added flavour which I cannot tolerate, so this product is ideal for me.

I tried with these but with having to take with first mouthful of food ,the strong taste of raspberry and the chalky texture I just couldn't keep going on with them . So as they will be fine for some I have surrendered and found some very highly reccomended lactase enzyme tablets

Doesn't work as well as the last ones I had but they were also more expensive and stronger. I guess if u take 2 might work better but definitely not buying again

I have really bad IBS that I have to take stuff from the doctor as well as lactose intolerance. I have been trying mitigate the symptoms as much as possible. I was so very thrilled when I found Nature's Best Super Strength Lactase 9000!Over the last week I have been testing it to see how well it works. I tested cheese, yogurt and things like that. After I felt confident that it was working for me and how much was the right dose for me to take etc I decided to take the BIG TEST.....My final test was the "Ice Cream Test"! I had Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I took two tablets before I had the ice cream and two more afterwards for good measure. I ended up eating only 1/4 of a pint... I did not want to push it lol. The results???? NOTHING!!!! Yes nothing happened!! For me, that is amazing. Normally I would be in agony, breaking out into a sweat excruciating pain, bloating, diarrhoea, the works.Now as with this and any other medication and supplements, everything works different for everyone. If you suffer with Lactose intolerance, it is certainly worth a try. I would recommend that you start with something small and work your way up.... see what works best for you.I would like to thank the makers and sellers of this product. You have made my life so much easier and a lot less painful :) THANK YOU! I am sorry for not adding a picture. I did take one but just could not get it right to add it.
