Say Cheese!
As I grow older I am developing food intolerances, the most devastating of which has been dairy. Not being able to face having to totally give up cheese and ice cream, I acted on a recommendation and tried Lactose tablets, which allow me to induge occasionally without the usual after effects.These are not my original choice, they come from the States and are prohibitively expensive here, but these are proving quite a good substitute; not quite as effective as I would like but they do the job well enough.The normal 'dose' is actually two tablets which does, of course, make them slightly more pricey than at first appearance and it would be lovely if they were individually wrapped, making them easier to carry around in a purse or pocket, but I just purchased some tiny pill boxes.I have no idea whether the medical profession would recommend these but, as an aid to eating the foods you love, it does help.

Worth it!
I take these just before eating dairy, which is better than others I have tried where you have to take them 30 minutes before eating. They have a raspberry flavour, which isn't too bad. It eases my bloating, especially when I have a meal that is heavy in dairy.

Weird sweet citrus flavour, not plain like most products
Weird flavour, these are normally flavourless but it's got an odd sweet slightly citrus taste like a tic-tac or something. It's ok but doesn't go well with many food flavours...Seems to avert lactose problems mostly so on a par with other poop tablets as I call them...

Bad batch? But nothing you can do to report it.
I've used this for months then one month my delivery came as normal, but the taste of the tablet went from raspberry to parma-violet. Also they were much less "chewable" and it was like I was biting in to a paracetamol. Within 5 days I had become so ill with stomach cramps I had to go on a strict diet to get thigns back under control. Reached out to report a bad batch and it's nigh impossible to get in contact with anyone, amazon or the manufacturer. Don't trust this brand anymore.
