I’ve been using Metamucil capsules for a while now, and I find them much easier to swallow compared to the powder form mixed with water. The capsules work well for improving digestive health and help with controlling cholesterol. Just make sure to drink plenty of water when taking them. My only complaint is that I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

No taste too it in my opinion, expensive but worth it, highest rated brand, good quality, doctor recommended, smells weird but it’s a pill what do you expect

Don’t get the generic form of this. These are what you want. The only brand I trust.
