The Premium Cartridge Compatible with Franke Olympus arrived in simple plastic packaging. Delivery was very prompt. I bought these to replace our Franke cold water tap valve which was constantly drippping. The valves came with an allen key. Simple to remove and replace. We have used these several times in the past. They last (for us) between 12-18 months. Happy to recommend.

I bought this pair of cartridges needing the hot one to fix a continual drip from my Franke tap. Wanted quick delivery using my Prime account rather than contacting the manufacturer.These cartridges operate though 90 degrees - off/closed at zero and fully on/open at 90.Except the hot cartridge didn't. It was fully on/open at 90 degrees but off/closed at 5 degrees and came on/open again between 4.5 and zero.This means that the handles (cold/hot) don't align when both taps are in the zero position and it is really difficult to find the exact point that the hot tap stops flowing - obviously a manufacturing fault.Amazon has agreed the return/refund.I would recommend buying from the manufacturer directly (Central Spares) as the replacement they sent works 100%.But don't buy Franke Krios taps (or those Franke taps of similar design) unless you enjoy taking a hacksaw to your taps simply to replace a leaky cartridge (but that's another story!)

Perfect fit for my taps with the correct number of splines. First set I ordered lasted 2 years before my taps started dripping again, so not the best out there.

Our hot tap on the Franke Olympus started dripping from the tap collar whenever the hot tap was turned on.I ordered this set for both hot and cold taps and also the two brass adapter bushes (as lots of people on google posts advised they often stick to the cartridge and therefore come out with it when unscrewed. In which case best to replace both parts at the same time, however on mine they didn't stick so was not necessary - ho-hum but better safe than sorry).Parts arrived in 24 hours from ordering, I would have given 5 stars for this but the packet did not contain the necessary Allen key, luckily I already had a 2mm Allen Key in my toolbox.A tip, The handle(s) in the Olympus are held on by the 2mm grub screw, and whilst that is easy to remove with the allen key, the handle itself can be very tightly fitted making it difficult to pull off. It may need a VERY gentle tap with a rubber mallet to loosen and then remove it.Also, the cartridge is provided with a screw in the handle end, but I could see that there was no such screw fitted on the old cartridge to be replaced, and I did find it far easier to fit the handle back on without that screw in place.
