Great quality
Fresh and wonderful, highly recommend

Not your normal white fliur
A new type of flour for me. Instead of white and dusty, it js a yellow hue and fine grained, more like cornmeal. It worked oerfectly for pizza dough and then also used the dough for rolls. The flavor and consistency of the dough made woth this flour was wonderful! The small 1 kg bag fit in my mailbox and was a good value.

Expensive but good
This semolina flour is very good, but very expensive as well. I have used it in combination with all purpose flour to make lasagna noodles and ravioli. If it wasn't for the price, I would give it 5 stars.UPDATE. If you order this product make sure you are getting the lowest price. Amazon has two different pages for the same product. One is $13.99 and the other is $14.99. They are both sold by the same company and are exactly the same product. Both are prime.

Very disappointed,
What I received wasn’t in a bag with nutritional information on it. I was looking for bread flour with 12% protein, although the technical information shows min. 12%, the nutrition facts shows 4
