It drops my bedroom humidity down to 51% without the AC running, with AC its in the high 40’s%. I turn off my AC unit and set the dehumidifier to high when I leave for work. If the noise bothers me I turn the dehumidifier down to low and it’s whisper quiet.I used to come home from work and my apartment was like 59%. Huge difference. I now sleep with the AC unit set to 72 instead of 70. It now feels comfortable at higher temps.I bought a 2nd dehumidifier for my kitchen/apartment area. It’s nice.

Works great and easy to use. Perfect size to not take up too much room. Easy to clean and empty. Works well to dehumidify and purify. Fairly noisy

I use this in my closet to prevent too much moisture that builds up, causing a musty smell. This also helps keep clothes super fresh and maintains a clean smell. This has eliminated so many issues from storing clothes for so long, since I don’t always reach for the same outfit often enough.

I bought this product mainly because it had a dehumidifier option, when I first plugged it in the dehumidifier immediately started filling up with water so I thought awesome. That was the only time it filled up with water. I ran it for months after that and clearly the room was very humid. It never collected any water. I did reach out to customer service and they are sending me a new one so that's a plus for them. Great customer service in my opinion.

I initially bought this purifier in January and was disappointed that its low setting was louder than expected, but it was tolerable. Within a month it started making an awful rattling sound that was impossible to ignore. I contacted Tenergy support and they sent me a new unit. The new one is significantly quieter than the first ever was, so I’m sure the first was just defective. Very happy with it now.
