Love the product. Changing the stickers is a little difficult and I feel that I waste more than I should because the instructions weren't great, however, once I got it, it makes sense. Overall happy.

Absolutely loved my purchase! All of my employees were fighting over it so I purchased second one! very nice for the money spent!

easy to use, prints well
We use this price gun to price items and print dates for our prepared food items.Not too clear on the warranty. Amazon site says lifetime - "you break it we fix it" on the box it says 5 year warranty, which is it? I sent an email to info@storesupplies.com - no response.Still think the price gun is a great value though.

After being aggravated by the cheaper guns this one is a dream come true.

Great product
The level is coming messed up with the ink. Put new roll but It is all coming messed up and black. I would like to return it and get a new one. Thanks

Stopped working after 1 month
After 1 month, the unit stopped working. Tape gets stuck in gun even after cleaning thinking the tape may have gummed up the mechanism. Out of the box, this unit did not work properly.I have reached out to seller multiple times with no responses and the number they provide is no help at all. They repeat the instructions that are in the box verbatim. Not a good buy.

Not easy to turn
Not easy to turn, and most of the time need to turn the numbers two rounds to get what you desired. After few usage, the tag came out blank, I thought was no ink, now I figured out it was not aligned correctly. After getting used to how it worked, the product is convenient.
