Love this unit. Easy installation. Had a problem with connecting to my WiFi. If I had read the instructions more carefully I would not have not needed to contact CS. BTW, CS was fantastic. Responded to my email for help very quickly.My problem was resolved very quickly. So if you’re wondering about post purchase support, by my situation I give CS 5 stars.And again love this dash cam. I’ve been using the CoolCrazy Dash Cam for a few weeks, and overall, it’s a solid choice! The front-facing camera captures crystal-clear footage both day and night, license plates and signs are easy to read even in low light. Setup was fast, and the suction mount stays firmly in place without shaking.The wide-angle lens covers a lot of the road, giving me extra peace of mind while driving. The loop recording and G-sensor are great, after a sudden stop last week, it saved the clip automatically.One thing to note: the back-facing lens isn’t as clear as the front. It’s usable, but the video is noticeably softer and less detailed. Still, it gets the job done for rear coverage.The interface is simple and user-friendly, and for the price, you get a lot of value. If you’re looking for a dependable dash cam, this is a great pick!

Good quality, easy to use. For the price, I am very happy with this item.If I had known about the Garmin 86, which is several times the price of this, I might have gotten one of those... but this is fine.

Stopped working properly after only 3 months. Does not always turn on like it is supposed to. When I tried editing a clip in the camera album on the app for the first time, it closed, and every time I reopened the app to view the camera album, it would shut off on me, preventing me from viewing any saved videos I had within the app. The only way it would work again is when I deleted and reinstalled the app, losing any videos I saved. The WiFi feature has a time limit (about 2 mins). It is inconvenient. If you take too long to find the clip you are looking for, it turns off, and sometimes the screen freezes, so you have to unplug it. I’ve tried looking for the setting to adjust it, but I don’t think it has one. So, if you’re still downloading a video on the app, it will close out and you’ll have to restart the whole process again, which is tedious and time-consuming. Since deleting and reinstalling the app, videos no longer show the date, time, and speed. Inconvenient that you have to be in the car, go the settings, turn on the WiFi, wait forever for your phone to connect, download the video in the app FIRST, then proceed to download it to your phone just in case the app stops working. And why would I purchase a dash cam if I have to pay for a membership simply to show both the front and rear camera in a video, plus a GPS feature? There are others that are way better than this one, so research carefully. Not reliable. Do not recommend.

Love it. The quality is good and so recording is good. Easy to put together. The instructions are clear just make sure you put it on the passenger side.

This was advertised to come with a 64GB SD card. Nope, NOT included. And dashcams NEED an SD card. What good is having a dashcam without storage?It may not seem like that big of a deal, but having to go out and purchase something that was supposed to be included is both an unexpected inconvenience and a loss of value.I bought 2, so I will write a detailed review about the actual camera once I get them both installed.

Super easy to install and worked exactly as described. If there is anything to call an issue it would be screen size. If you want to use as a secondary backup camera definitely load the app and use your phones screen. Otherwise it lets you know it’s there then a little while later turns off the screen. Safest by far that I’ve bought.
