It was deliered with hood packaging .But once opened it was emanating typical chemical smell .The smell was difficult to take .So i covered pillow with two pillow covers .now I use it with these two coveres and one more cover that is bedsheet of matress on which i sleep ..I wish to know if it is washable ..but seller didnot reply to my question .
