I really like this abdominal workout exercise equipment. This equipment is an effective way to isolate the abdominal muscles to get results. Assembly is very easy. The box comes with a nut wrench and allen wrench, but I recommend using a power tool if you have the socket and allen key because some of these bolts needed to be very tight to secure the main parts to the core frame. This ab exerciser has a nice display panel to track reps and time. It is built well with steal pipe and foam pads. It delivers a good ab workout.

I am not someone who exercises a lot. As a matter of fact, that is why I got this machine, but having it in my house has made me more aware of the fact that I need to exercise more. This is a challenging machine even on its lowest setting. It also holds a lot of weight. I am 300lbs and it held my weight without difficulty, so it probably holds the amount of weight that the product description says. It impressed me and even though I can only do about 8 reps on it now. I hope to improve with practice. I give this machine 5 stars. The rollers on the part that you kneel on are smooth, and the only effort that you are putting in is the effort needed to move your weight. Your abdominal muscles are forced to work hard, and this machine is better for me than crunches will ever be. Assembly was easy as long as you keep a careful eye and make sure parts go into their proper spaces. Yes, the position that you are in when you are on the machine may not be the most familiar, but with a little practice, you will get used to it even if you (like me) are tall..

Sounds like it’s breaking everytime I use it. Doesn’t seem to be very sturdy. Wish I wouldn’t have spent as much as I did on it 🙁

Since getting back into fitness, I wanted to focus on areas I tend to lag in. Abs being one of themThis trainer is easy to work with and makes it somewhat more enjoyable than performing a situp. While I still do my circuit training this has been a wonderful tool to incorporate into my routine.Doesnt take up much space, and is priced reasonably well.Works as intended

Durable, good value, very functional but hard to set up

This machine is great even for bigger people. My husband weighs over 300 pounds and was able to use this. This device is super convenient because not only do you get to skip the gym and workout from home, its also space conscious and can be folded up. Its great if you dont have a lot of space to store this. This equipment was pretty easy to assemble and it very sturdy. It gives a great abdominal workout. I feel the current cost ($100) is a great price for the quality of this. Overall, this is a great piece of gym equipment and is worth buying.
