I recently purchased the CC Camera from Amazon and have been using it for a few weeks now. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance and build quality. Here are my thoughts after using it:Pros:Image Quality:The camera delivers crisp, clear footage with good color balance. Even in low-light conditions, it captures details reasonably well, which is essential for surveillance and monitoring.Ease of Installation:Setting up the camera was straightforward. The package included clear instructions, and I was able to mount and configure it without any major issues. The accompanying app was user-friendly, making configuration a breeze.Connectivity and Integration:The camera connects seamlessly to Wi-Fi and offers reliable real-time streaming. I appreciated the app’s ability to record events automatically and send notifications, which added an extra layer of convenience and security.Build Quality and Design:The device feels sturdy and well-built, with an aesthetic that fits into most indoor or outdoor environments. Its weather-resistant design makes it suitable for various conditions, which is a bonus for outdoor use.

I got a very beautiful camera.Its work is very good, the recording is good, the alerts are also very good, the motion capturing is also very good.It connected very well when connecting to WiFi and mobile.The size of the camera is very nice.I currently have this in my medical shop.We can monitor all areas inside and outside with this camera.

The camera is good. Works like it should. However, the support team could be better. Persistent about getting re iews on the order. Kept messaging me to get the review posted.

Worst ProductIt’s not getting connected , asking to restart . Cant find any button for reset , and no support available online or on its catalog. Amazon is not giving an option to replace too . Very bad

Purchased two cameras for indoor monitoring at my relatives residence. Received the cameras in a day. Installation was arranged separately by me urban company and cameras working fine. The camera video quality is very good with in app controls to pan, tilt and zoom working fine. Mobile app setup on Android was seamless and supports video sharing with multiple mobiles. The cloud storage is also available with reasonable pricing plans based on need. Customer service was also responsive. I found the camera, mobile app and cloud storage to be of quality and quite cost effective compared to other options in market.

I don't know why it gets disconnected everytime after light goes out. I can't even return the product . Camera overall a good package keeping the budget in mind. But vdo quality is lower than expected. With connection issue. I can't even return the product.
