"Don’t buy this! The charger is not working, and the battery is completely non-functional. I already requested a refund. When I connect it to the charger, nothing happens. The battery power is very low, and even after keeping it plugged in for a long time, it doesn’t charge and still shows low battery. I am unable to use the laptop at all due to this issue."

The laptops are sturdy, worn at some places, a battery in 1 of the 2 I bought was a bit plump.The insides are clean, but some screws are missing.Other than that, everything works out of the box. Surprisingly good for the low-low cost it goes here for

Very bad experience “Faulty and Overpriced – Avoid This Laptop!”
I purchased this laptop for around 500 AED, expecting decent performance, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Within just one month, the device became faulty. The charging port stopped working, the laptop overheats excessively, and even gave an electric shock while plugged in!When I returned it for repair, I was asked to pay an additional 100 AED for fixing, which is ridiculous considering the laptop’s poor quality. For the price, this product should have lasted much longer without major issues. It’s a total waste of money, and I strongly advise against buying it. Spend your money on something more reliable.

great laptop, excellent service
I bought a laptop for my son and after four weeks, out of nowhere the keyboard stopped working. I contacted the seller, and even though the return period had expired, they attempted to repair it. When that didn’t work, they sent me a new one. Overall, great laptop for the price and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend pcmart.

Refurbished Lenevo thinkpad
I recently purchased this refurbished ThinkPad, it feels far from it in terms of build and appearance. The outer parts of the laptop feel incredibly cheap, and the ThinkPad logo wasn’t even properly attached—it was noticeably off and logo was just plastic sticker. the screen feels loose from the hinges, which is concerning for long-term durability. The mousepad was also unresponsive at times
