This is the best product for your money. I have plantar fasciitis and tight calve muscles. After using it a few times regularly I feel so much better, and my heel which has 2 bone spurs, no longer bother me or just a little when I wake up. I do it every day and I am so impressed. I never realized how tight my cales were stiff, this is a game changer. I highly recommend to people of any age. I found it on YouTube and ordered. Worth every penny and more. Adjustable too.

I just received my wooden Slant board today. I opened it up and found that it is beautiful. Very high-quality piece of exercise equipment. It is packaged very nice, with attention to detail. Even the workout guide that opens up is so nice. Most products you get some cheap piece of paper, this is something very nice that you can hang up on the wall to show you how to do all the exercises. Hats off to all the people that put this together. You did a great job and I thank you.

I have MS so stretching and flexibility are key to being able to move. I first encountered this product at physical therapy and liked the simplicity, flexibility, portability, and quality of the slant board. I purchased my first one for our home and just purchased a 2nd one for our cottage. The quality is very good, and since I do a lot of woodworking as a hobby I can appreciate the attention to detail. As I mentioned the portability is highly desirable as it does fold flat with a nice lock to keep the device secured when traveling. My feet don't slide at all even on a 45 degree angle. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice slant board but I need to agree with lots of the other reviewers who indicated the lowest slant is too high. It’s usable but I would have liked it a little lower, as I am using it for knee PT. Otherwise, I think it will be fine to use for what I need it for.

I love this slant board. It's great that it starts out at a lower setting (15 degrees) and adjusts upwards in 5 degree increments. It's easy to change the setting to increase the amount of stretch involved. The build quality is great. The grip material on the board holds really well.

It stretches calves, is a great value, and has very good friction pads. It also lies flat for storage. I would recommend it.

Excellent quality, very sturdy better than the one I used in physical therapy. Non slip works great for different feet positions.
