I used blue loctite to attach it to the rail. Have shot it maybe 20 times. Has not move and has held tight

It's ok
Product fits with some modifications wouldn't get tight enough as far as the centric screws need a little longer or a bigger white pad and the end. Didn't fit very well on my stoeger m3000. Once mount I wasn't able to get enough adjustment out of my red dot need a riser plate or a little taller and could have been a really great product.

Great for Multiple Applications
I never new such an adapter existed. This will work on a variety of things with vent ribs but there does need to be adequate space.... low profile ribs do not offer enough room for mounting.
