TUMS are a total lifesaver! Whenever I have heartburn, indigestion, or that uncomfortable bloated feeling, they work almost instantly. Pretty simple. I feel acid reflux / heartburn. I consume 1-2 tablets. Uncomfortable feeling gone within seconds. Nice and easy and I do like the taste.

These work great for heartburn and taste good if you like citrus. If you don't like lime don't get the fruit-flavored ones...very limey.
