I cook primarily with cast iron and have always used plastic because I also have nonstick pans.I can now sear food and on the occasion something sticks you can scrap it out and enjoy the crunchy parts. Also makes cleaning the pans easier.The edges are sharp enough to cut most things I have cooked.I treated the handles to make them last longer. I wash them by hand for the same reason.

It’s perfect for any griddle cooking! Sorry I didn’t show the spatula in the video but made the video to send to my daughter and not for this review. Highly recommend!

These spatulas were much larger than I expected. I don't barbeque. I wanted an all around multi purpose spatula for every day, and one a little larger for removing things off my stove top grill. I used the smallest today, about the average size of spatulas. It worked very well on my cast iron skillet, wok, and grill. The shape and sharp edge worked great to scrape off chicken or onions from underneath if they start to stick a little. I can see using the wide one on the grill and for removing an omelet from my skillet or grill. The very long one I imagine would be great for barbequing large pieces of meat, etc. I'm not sure I will have occasion to use it. Maybe in oven for a large pan of roasting veggies?

Sturdy and solid! Had others with similar price, but they were bending when you press the metal. This one is strong and has nice edges.

Well made! These will not fall apart like the cheap pampered chef I used to purchase.
