I love this pillow. It comes vacuum packed but I massaged it to break up the filling and moved it around to make sure the arms had filling in them then put it in the dryer on low heat for about 2 minutes and when I took it out, it was ready to go. I needed and pillow so I could sit upright in bed and most pillows sink in, but this pillow has lot of stuffing and very firm so you don't sink in.

The back rest came compressed but fluffed out immediately, after putting in the dryer for a couple of min. I cannot sleep on my side due to a hip injury and sleeping flat on my back was hurting my neck, so I decided to give this a try. It is working out well for me, much more comfortable than stacking pillows. The back is soft enough for me to get comfortable. However, the arms are quite small and there is not a lot of room between them. The cover does not feel like any corduroy that I have seen before, but it is nice. Everything considered, I am quite pleased, a good value for the money

I Iove this pillow. 💕 The cover is velvet and feels so very smooth and soft.I am 73 years old & considered petite in height (5ft 2 inches) and only 100 Lbs so pounding it really hard wasn't really an option for me, so I laid it down over a blanket and gently stomped on it like you would grapes! LOL! What can I say......Women's Ingenuityu!!!! IT WORKED PERFECTLY!!BTW I made sure my feet were clean! 😊The pillow is very well made with Memory Foam and 100% odor free! I am a very Happy Camper!Oh Yes....one more plus...the color grey is stunning!!

It scared my cat at first, but even she has come to appreciate its fluffy support. Soft and supportive, 10 minutes in the dryer and it went from flat to fluffy. Love it, would buy again.

When I got it the smell was awful. Still don't use it, its to plush. I didn't return because It was going to be an issue finding a box it return it in. The pillow was one of those that becomes bigger after opening.

Perfect back height and overall size for an adult, only took about 4-6 hours to puff up. I put my hand in the zipper and broke up the foam pieces, and moved them towards the arm joint to the bodice, worked well. No unwarranted smells!
