Just what I wanted, perfect with a few caveats
I'm not sure why it has taken me this long to get a product like this.My use case: I've been unable to fall asleep without a podcast or audiobook playing for 10 years. Usually I've just had one earbud jammed in my ear (I sleep on my side, so squashed between my ear and pillow). I've ruined half a dozen pairs of (cheap) earphones in this time.I usually set a podcast off with a 60 minute sleep timer. I'm usually asleep by this time, although I will occasionally need another half an hour or so.It's perfect for my use case, but there are a few little issues that have meant it hasn't exceeded my expectations even further.Rather than writing paragraphs, I'll do a list of pros/cons and observations:+ Easy to connect, once paired, just flick the switch, press play and go to sleep+ Adequate, responsive controls+ Band is comfortable, flexible and I don't notice it's there+ Sound quality and isolation is perfect for listening to spoken word+ Battery life is very good. It has lasted me a whole week on a single charge, with average of 60 - 90 mins playtime, on low volumes each night. It seems it doesn't use much battery when it's just sat idle, but still connected to my phone+ Comfortable earbuds, and I didn't previously consider myself to have small ears.+ Excellent design insofar as the wires for the earbuds are quite short from the band, they don't seem to snag on anything and potentially cause damage, which is important as they cannot be replaced.+ They're so low profile in the ear, I've discovered I can use them with my motorcycle helmet, which is a real bonus. I can even hear my podcasts when riding on motorways - I never intended them for this purpose! However lack of waterproofness and the buttons being so easy to press by accident when you move your head means they're not perfect for biking.+ When connected and in operation, no flashing lights to cause light pollution for partner !Neutral:- the earbuds aren't quite big enough, so I often wake up and they're no longer in my ears - not really a problem for me. This probably happens when I swap sides- the buttons are a little 'clicky' - would be nice if they were silent- it would be nice to have the play/pause button to have more functions, for example 'play next' if you quickly tap it twice. But not a huge problem for me.Negative:- sound isn't in sync when playing video. This isn't my use case, so I don't actually care. But they claim it syncs up - not true. Using pixel 8 pro, for reference.- replaceable earbud tips would be a useful feature.- I'm unsure about long term durability, but I've had no reason to doubt this so far.Summary :I'm in love with these things and I'm not sure how I will cope without them in future. A few improvements here and there and they would be beyond perfect for me, as I can comfortably use them while riding my motorbike, which is another area that I've never found a good solution for.Probably the best thing I've bought for myself this year.

Regret buying
Title: "Disappointing Microphonics, Not Ideal for Sleep"I purchased these wireless Bluetooth in-ear headphones with high hopes for a peaceful night's sleep, given their noise-canceling claims. Unfortunately, the microphonics from the cables completely undermine any potential tranquility. The cables, attached to a neckband, transmit even the slightest movement or contact, creating an annoying crackling noise. This design flaw is particularly frustrating, rendering the headphones unfit for their intended purpose – sleep. It's disheartening that they can't cancel out their own noise. The need for better cable insulation to reduce microphonics is evident. The promise of a restful night's sleep is overshadowed by the constant disturbance caused by the headphone's own vibrations. A critical design flaw that makes these headphones fall short of their intended purpose. Not recommended for those seeking a quiet and undisturbed sleep environment.Threw out the packaging so can’t return them I guess. What a waste.

Great earplugs
Really like these. I use them at night to listen to white noise and they are a small fit so go into my ear perfectly and block out outside noise really well. They're comfortable and easily last a few nights before they need charging again.

Actually designed for sleep
Plenty of headphones claim to be sleep headphones but shout “DISCONNECTED” just as you’re dropping off or have a notification beep that ignores any current volume settings. These seem to have been designed for sleep rather than have had sleep tacked on for SEO reasons because you technically can wear them in bed.I’m on my second pair bought (mostly because I didn’t notice the decent warranty when I bought the first pair), and I’ll keep getting them as long as they’re available. One thing to mention that might be the most annoying thing until you work it out at which point it becomes the best thing. The volume controls aren’t Bluetooth volume controls they’re additional. So you can get these very very quiet, but you might think they’re broken for a bit.Only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 is as with all sleep headphones they’re going to die after a few months. Once these go I’ll check the warranty process and might come back and bump it up.They also come with a little cleaning brush that all headphones should ship with

Don't work for long.
I thought these headphone would be perfect for me to use in bed. Within 10 weeks the first pair had packed up completely with no sound out of either earpiece and so I approached their customer services who were very helpful in troubleshooting and offered me a replacement set of headphones (hence the 3-star review). This replacement set have lasted FOUR WEEKS before the right-hand earpiece has ceased to work!! I think I will give them up as a bad job as I am not impressed and I will be going back to a headband type of headphones in future.

great quality and cheap price. highly recommend
I used to buy the goojoo sleep headphones as a cheap pair to sleep with and within 3 months one ear would stop working, so had to keep ordering replacements. luckily they ran out of stock eventually so I tried this brand. maybe I got lucky but these guys have lasted over a year and still going strong. battery life all night while I sleep vs. my £200 sony mx4 buds which last 2 hours max after a year of use. sound quality is great and louder than my premium buds.I'm 40 so maybe I can't hear the slight differences between the different mhz levels like the others but they sound to me absolutely fine and can take a beating in bed if you move around a lot

Good for a while
I've had two different pairs of these now and whilst they take a while to get used to they are admittedly great to sleep in. However with this in mind the right ear on these only lasts about 3 months from my experience and has meant I've had to buy a new pair of these. Real shame
