I have had this laptop for over a month, using it daily and have thoroughly enjoyed it.The laptop has a perfect balance of Storage, Ram, Battery life and size.It comes well packaged, included is a mouse and little laptop bag.I held off giving a review as I wanted to give the laptop a good amount of use and testing, in order to offer a fair and balanced appraisal.It comes with windows 10 pre-installed and surprisingly comes Bloatware free, this was a refreshing surprise to see a very well-priced laptop come without any interfering software.I was even more shocked to note that it came equipped with an M.2 that runs very quickly and makes the laptop silky smooth to use.This laptop is definitely worth the money considering how well it performs.It is by no means a gaming laptop but is perfect for work, YouTube, Facebook, browsing the internet etc…….Once piece of advice I would give to anyone buying it;Get all the updates for windows done first. It will be slightly slower whilst doing the updates, anyone that knows Microsoft and their updates will know there will always be quite a few. This can not be helped as the software is all preinstalled prior to dispatch from the manufacture.

Worked for a 2 months then the screen went black and it would not turn on. Lost all my photos of my daughter from 0 to 5, had to pay to get them retrieved before returning. Amazon eventually gave me a full refund after having to be quite assertive on the phone. Avoid this brand.

I thought the sceen was going to be a bit bigger than this but it works fine it took a bit to sort out,and to set up but all good now was it wought the money well yes other than it the paper on is injapanese iwill give it 4 out of 5

Needed a Windows machine for some work projects as the android wasn't cutting it. It's been a few years since I owned a Windows machine and it's been a delight and revelation. The actual laptop came well packaged and included a slip case to protect it in my bag. After a few days use what has surprised me is the boot speed which is only a few seconds and the battery seems to last and last. I'm really happy and wish I'd made the switched ages ago. There's loads of apps too for Netflix, Prime and iPlayer etc. too

This cost less than a hundred quid and was only purchased because I was away from mine and in a hurry. So naturally, as I only wanted it for a word processor for the weekend, anything but crashing half hourly would have been accepted. Funnily enough, that was 4 months ago and I still have found nothing wrong with it. I wouldn’t try and run fortnite on it. But as a basic task emergency back up… I am yet to push it hard enough to crash it. And the battery lasts about 5 or 6 hours from full and keeps going without issue when you plug it back in. Shocked is an understatement. For what I paid I half expected to be shocked by shoddy wiring. But no. It looks fine. Works fine. Never noticed it taking too long to do any basic tasks you might ask it to do and it’s in just fine condition after a good few uses. If you want a gaming pc… this isn’t it. But text based work and coding… it’s a bargain.

Not a good product technical issue before even using it wouldn't turn on all electric equipment does work long from amazon

Bought this for my kids over 6 months ago, still running well. Nice size too
