It's a great taste when you need to replenish your electrolytes. A wee bit light in the sodium but good enough if you don't need a lot of replenishing.

This stuff is great if you enjoy drinking salt in water, and tasting salt in water, and paying extra for it

I really wanted to like this SOS drink mix as it has an amazingly low calorie count, despite sugar being the first ingredient. I’m pretty sensitive to stevia and monkfruit as sweeteners and generally don’t like them.Unfortunately, while stevia is way down on the ingredient list, it plays prominently into the flavor of this drink. I mixed it in plenty of water and all I tasted was that cloying stevia taste. I could never have told you that it was supposed to be mango.I personally would not recommend this drink mix but maybe you can get past the sweetener.

I have been buying SOS hydration products for awhile for increased hydration throughout the day. They recently increased the price significantly and also added unnecessary vitamins. I do not want these vitamins added, I only want hydration. I also think these products are overpriced now for what you get. Bring back the old formulation and lower price!

I've been using the old formula for running for years. I dislike how all these brands are adding vitamins now. If you already have a good diet or are taking a doctor recommended supplement, you're going to be at 200--400% of your daily recs for random vitamins. Just be salt.
