Hey there! Recently I experimented with a face exercise by blowing up my cheeks, making a fish face then blowing them up again repeatedly. This actually triggered a nerve in my jaw that caused a cramp in the left side of my face and my jawline wasn't lining up properly for a few days. It was really uncomfortable and reminded me how much I take for granted. Having a relaxed face is a blessing and I wanted it back ASAP!I checked these exercise tools out to hopefully workout the kink that had suddenly appeared before hand. Now with most body exercises we're going to feel pain before the results come, no different than our face. So I used these and once again I felt the jaw cramp and discomfort of a tense face for an hour or so. But when I woke up in the morning I felt as if the original kink that happened before I ever knew about these tools was completely gone. I'm confident in stating I believe they are the sole reason for the problem I caused. If that isn't the case I will come back for an update. Until then I'll keep up the exercises I originally intended but with these amazing little tuff puffs. Enjoy. ;)

The resistance can really be felt and your jaw will be left sore so make sure you won't have to eat afterwards

Yes, we have jaw muscles and these will grow them!I have been using these guys on my commute to work 40ish minutes, and have seen results. Now I wouldn't say it will give you a chiseled jaw, but there is definitely greater mass.My concern!: I feel soreness when using the product, and like any other exercise I imagine the "form" of the movement matters, I have come to realize you are able to chew in different directions and became weary after I felt a discomfort from my jaw joint. I would recommend being weary of placement of both silicone pieces and feel for symmetry.

Product is fine, but shipped with the only the white and blue set in the box. I’m missing the red set. I guess others have had the same problem.

Waste of money and uncomfortable

My 15 yr old nephew asked me to purchase this in order to “define his jawline”. He said chewing on these “things” have helped strengthen his jaw. Do they work heck if I know but my 15 nephew said they do. Also, said the first day his jaw hurt a little but to be expected because your exercising it. 🤭

Currently I've been using these while taking a shower since it gives me a chance to wash em out after done. Only doing 2-3 sets of 20 reps a day with the whites, I'm already noticing a difference in jaw muscles and even talking confidence (as dumb as that sounds) just a week in. Humans are vanity creatures that appreciate a well maintained facial structure. With safe usage, this will help out!

Had hopes for these because they were listed as the more durable of those available. Packaging was very attractive. Unfortunately the products themselves began to shred quickly; most of them the same day they were used. I tried to modify how I exercised with them but I was consistently spitting little bits out before they became entirely unusable. All 6 shredded in less than 3 weeks with less than daily use.
