It connects data only/no voice to T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T
This is a data only sim; no voice. Works very well. I use this with a Netgear MiFi to replace the defunct WiFi tech in my car so my car’s live data navigation works. I also can connect other devices to the MiFi. While in use, I’ve seen it connected to T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in Houston. I tried it for a month for $10 for 1GB, then I extended my plan to 12 months for $60 for12GB. Very cost effective! There are more than 10 plans available. To activate: 1) Follow instructions for your device to determine the correct size you need to trim the sim to, and 2) follow the instructions on spectrumsim.com for your device to activate it on your device. And their customer service is great, they responded within 24 hours as promised. I contacted them because I wanted to switch plans after my first one ended, and they gave me precise instructions which worked the first time.Update June 2025: I renewed for more gigabytes for a year, now that I have had a chance to use it in different ways. I now also use my mifi hotspot for connecting my laptop to work from while travelling. It's so useful to have a secure device that isn't tied to just one carrier, coupled with a sim card that can and does connect to the best available connection from AT&T or T-Mobile or Verizon. I traveled to an area where AT&T has weaker connections and the mifi with the Puffin sim card just switched automatically to the available network, which was Verizon in tha area. You can renew or upgrade your data plan easily from the SpectrumSim website, too. As far as I was able to find, their plans were the most competitively priced on Amazon with the added benefit of not beingimited to only one of the three major carriers. Note: Your device needs to be unlocked to do the same. But even if your device is tied to only one of those networks, you'll still get a competitively priced data plan with this sim card.

Works perfectly and takes just a few short minutes to be fully up and running!
This SIM card has worked perfectly for my project! The web app for it is very easy to use. I was able to set it up and add data within minutes. I'm using it in a mini PCI-E to USB adapter with SIM card slot for 3G / 4G network cards. The adapter is hooked up to my Raspberry Pi 5. Everything is now configured and works seamlessly. Customer service is top notch - they are there right away when you have a question and are very pleasant to deal with. Will do biz again!

Works well in challenging application.
Using this SIM in a non-conventional device with good results. Installed it into a Naxeon I AM PRO e-motorcycle to enable mobile data access for the bike's navigation system. Customer Service was attentive and very forthcoming with advice. Unfortunately, the bike was a new system and offered no guidelines, so it was hit-or-miss guessing on my part to get it configured using the SIM advice. In the end, it works fine and provides the service it is meant to provide.

Great customer support
I have been using the Spectrum SIM data cards in my Emlid RS3 GPS units for over a year. Spectrum offers reasonably priced monthly plans for my low volume data requirements. The SIM cards have performed well and I get reliable 4G connections with the GPS units. The SIM cards were easy to activate and the online account management is straight forward. The only problem I have experienced with the card was after a few months of inactivity. I sent a help request email to Spectrum SIM and Maria had me sorted out within minutes. Thanks!

broke after 3months
Was expecting to have to change settings on my camera, put in and started working immediately. the subscription plans are better and cheaper than most other sims. my previous was charging $155 a year that came with my camera...editI bought a year subscription, after 3 months the sim stopped working, contacted support, they reset sim said sim was fine, I bought a new one from their company, bought another year subscription and I thought it was working fine, support transferred the additional time to the new sim for me which was nice... overall however the sims must just not get the service in my area like the used to because it is still not working... Wasted like $60.. and had to swap over to eiotclub sims that are working great... shame because eiotclub is a lot more expensive for their plans. buyer beware some areas dont have best coverage I suppose... worked originally for 3 months, now it won't.
