The shampoo is very gentle, and I can use the same number of pumps of conditioner as I do shampoo and still end of with soft, tangle-free hair. These bottles last a LONG time. In addition to just being very happy to have found shampoo and conditioner that work WELL, it's so nice to not be paying for boutique brands that come in 6- or 8-oz bottles.
