Epson LK-4LAS Grey on Soft Blue Ribbon Label Cartridge 12mm,blue / grey,12 mm

Although these are genuine Epson tapes, there is no split back making it impossible to remove the label from the backing.When I received my printer it came with labels that had the spilt back and were so easy to use.I contacted Epson as I have now had 4 tapes and none have split backs - they are investigating as it must be a manufacturing issue. I would not buy these again until this issue is rectified.

When I purchased the printer it came with white ribbon tape that was easy to remove the backing paper from as it split in half in the middle. I ordered these as I wanted to try wider coloured labels, but I wish I hadn't as they are so hard to remove the backing paper from. I wrongly thought as they are Epson branded that they would be good quality. They are extremely frustrating to use 😫
