Good price, good hob. Induction is very neat!
Great induction hob.Easy to install.Easy to control.Touch panel gets upset when you drop water on it from pan lids. Easily remedied by putting them to the side rather than the front.Frying and high temperature work is recommended for the back panels. No problem once you get used to it.User interface is a bit 1990s UX but similar to many other induction hobs: select induction zone, set power.Heats things up quickly. Offers fine control of power.Took me two days to get used to it. Now I can’t believe I put up with a gas hob for over 20 years.Sixth sense seemed gimmicky. But in reality offers two really neat modes: flex control and chef control. Effectively one whole-hob heating zone, or several zones of different power. The sixth sense recipe feature is more gimmicky but has been useful.Price was competitive. Delivery was fast.I had considered a number of German brands but this seemed to offer essential features at a good price.

Does everything we wanted it to do...
Edited to add a photo showing installation dimensions...We bought this to replace an older Whirlpool hob that was failing. We initially wanted a different brand, but that would have meant calling in a carpenter and an electrician at the same time (pretty nigh impossible in this neck of the woods) so we compromised with this one, as it would use our existing recess space. So far, we've not been disappointed. In fact, we love the feature that we can combine adjoining cooking areas for larger pots - we can even make the entire area as one large cooking surface, adding as many pans as would fit!Loads of other features we haven't tried yet - early days still - but would like to see how the 6th Sense works...!

It’s easy to use and so controllable.
What a great hob. Love using it and also like the fact you can time each pan to switch off individually. Not used auto sense yet but rest of it is spot on.It also looks fantastic and it was delivered right on time and the company rang me up to arrange everything and check the order. Staff very helpful.
