I've only had it a week, but hVe churned out twelve dozen cookies. Love the suction cup feet, and the bowl's lid. I've not found anything that would give me a safety question with this unit. Also, clean up is do easy. So far, love this mixer.

Q: How many loafs can it Make it a single batch

You can make more loafs if they are smaller loafs. But if the loaf is bigger you will have less. Excuse me, I must go pinch off a loaf.

Q: What do I need to look for in a mixer,since I have never owned one?

You want variable speeds for different batters and different implements like a whip, dough hook and batter blade. Additionally a bowl cover is nice as it keeps flour and ingredients from coming out of mixer bowl.

Q: Whats the difference between the colors? Why does the others colors say cooklee and the blue and black one says sanlida?
