Awesome product
The product is just awesome.....it is easy to fix as well, just go for it

BROKE AFTER FEW DAYS USAGE.
The rack broke down and it was found that the plastic joints broke at several points. Is it possible to get a spare replacement for the plastic parts

Spare parts needed.
One straight tee connector broke while assembling the rack. Instead of returning the product, it will be good if the broken part can be replaced (or ordered separately).

Brittle connectors and weak materials
It looks so nice, but it's not strong enough. The plastic connectors are brittle, it will suddenly collapse when you put something heavier in its capacity, which is not even 3kgs like I put my laptop on the mid layer and surprisingly, it fell from the middle, the thing that hold is a canvass material.

Flimsy product
Quite flimsy clothes shelf, joints and shelf support is of plastic pieces instead of metal screws , metal rods screw in telescopic pipes . Shelf is of poor quality cloth instead of steel . Quite skeptical about longevity and quantity of clothes it can support .

Review to kuch log 1star two star bhi dete hain, kuch log five, four bhi dete hain. Aapko samajhne ki zaroorat hai. Product price ke hisab se achcha hai wheels bhi achcha hai. 2 1/2 feet ke cartoon me agya. Assamble karna asaan hia. Kam ka product hai. Thanks
