Works and easy to set up
Using this for my garage door. The board is smaller than I expected. The wire terminals are quite small and you will struggle to connect in two thick cables. Comes with instructions, shame there isn't an option to buy 5 remotes with it. I bought three dieseRC programmable ones.

Works well once you've deciphered the instructions
Does what it says so no complaints about functionality. The housing is such that the terminals are still quite exposed so it needs to go in a bigger enclosure if it's somewhere accessible. A star knocked off for the confusing instructions though. I think I only got it working the way I wanted through sheer luck and trial and error - but it does work!

Remote garage door opener
Used to replace wireless system on existing Chamberlain door opener which had stopped working. Just connected this onto push button connectors on back of the Chamberlain motor unit and all back up and running. This cheap remote actually better then original as it has better wireless range. Very happy with purchase.

Just didn’t work
Ordered this part as it appeared to do the job I wanted. However, it just didn’t work. I emailed the manufacturer (in China) and they came straight back to me with a solution, still it did not work. They offered me a replacement, but by that time I had returned the part to Amazon. Maybe I was just unlucky, or maybe cheaper parts just aren’t up to the job.

Very useful controller BUT has safety issues
This is a very useful controller; I needed to convert a sofa with an electric leg support from a pair of buttons on the side to one that would work with a remote fob due to my wife having a serious injury and limited movement.For functionality this was perfect but there are some major issues that make me say that there is no way that this has passes CE compliance.The unit uses mains voltage to power the circuit, I would expect a solid state fuse for safety however far worse, the case does not have a cable restraint and the hole for the mains cable is large enough for small fingers to get in and touch the live connectors.I got around the ingress problem by installing the entire unit within an IP 66 connection box and adding an inline fuse inside the box. I would cost pennies to sort these issues out in manufacture and make it possible to have a fully certified unit.
