This is the best tumeric root I have ever bought, roots huge and fresh! Do not buy form Star Hill they send roots that are ok sometimes and inferior other times, plus they don't ship 2 pounds like they advertise, they short you 6-7 ounces .

Great turmeric

I ordered 2 pound of this turmeric in August some most of it was really fresh and blunt but a few pieces was just dry I am ordering more hope this is better than the last if not I want order from them again.i will be taking a picture of this second order my phone was broken and I couldn't take a picture but now I have a new phone and I will return it. If it's not good this time. I pay for all of it to be fresh and blunt good all of it not just some. Will let you know when I get it.

Great product and seller! A weather mishap delayed my first shipment. Contacted the seller with arrival condition of tumeric. Seller responded promptly with an acceptable resolution. Will purchase from again…

I have bought from this seller in the past and received good quality turmeric roots that were fresh. This box arrived quickly, but has several rotten and moldy roots in the package, not at all happy with this purchase.

It IS AMAZING!!! I'm only 52 but have osteoarthritis due to Lyme Disease (6 hip replacements, + R-knee headed to bone-on-bone). I WAS getting the, VERY PAINFUL, Synvisc injections in the knee every 6 mos, + cortisone shots 3-4/year, (+NSAID’s like naproxen/ibuprofen 3, 3-4X daily). The Synvisc shots would only last 4 1/2 to 5mos, b4 I’d be back in MAJOR CHRONIC PAIN. + it never did •COMPLETELY• take away the pain. Well, NO MORE SHOTS for ME, & NO MORE CHRONIC PAIN, @ least for NOW!!! Now I run up & down our stairs, LIKE A KID, after starting my NEW “treatment”, & THIS is it: I •grind 2-3inches, of ORGANIC turmeric, every AM in a coffee grinder, •add to cold beverage of choice (I use 1/4c water)...& it’s ready to drink! •OR• do as I’ve done since learning their benefits= I usually add 1 T -crushed black pepper + 1 packet-vitamin c powder (reasons: pepper increases body’s absorption of curcumin [from turmeric] & curcumin increases body’s absorption of vit-c). When the fizzing from vit-c stops, I drink it down in 2-3 gulps (yukky taste/texture...but SO WORTH IT)! NO MORE PRESCRIPTION ANTIINFLAMMATORIES for THIS GAL! No longer NEEDED!!! Typically, my ONLY joint pain now is my R-knee, & usually just when I move it after being still for very long! Truly, you MUST try turmeric!•••NOTE••••*CAREFUL-almost EVERYthing that wet turmeric/juice touches stains ORANGE! I brush my teeth after dosing, just in case!!!••••2 UPDATEs 1/8/19••••1) HIPS: L-hip is fine, but 6 mos ago, I tripped & fell, landing on R (bad!) knee, which caused my R-hip to dislocate. BUT, after yet ANOTHER hip replacement (#7!), I was on vicodin for ONLY 2 DAYS b4 being able to just use Aleve for the pain! —2 DAYS—!!2) R-knee: 5 1/2mos ago, when I went in for the 2 week post-op follow-up, i asked this new ortho surgeon to x-ray the knee. He came back in the room & looking incredulous, said: “I don’t know HOW you’re walking, because your R-knee is literally BONE-ON-BONE”!!!But I DO walk ! & I DO SO 90% of the time, w/ZERO limp!Granted, I absolutely WILL be having to get that knee replaced, & sooner rather than later, but I plan on continuing my turmeric regime until my days here have come to an end (=hopefully a VERYYY LONG TIME from now!!) because it IS MY BELIEF, turmeric (ESPECIALLY the -flavor of the earth- brand organic turmeric, available RIGHT HERE on Amazon!) has made an enormous difference in the determination of my quality of life after surviving Lyme & the so far, 7 major surgeries for problems caused BY Lyme (#1 being osteoarthritis @ an early age). I am BEYOND THANKFUL for the AWESOME QUALITY OF LIFE with which I have been blessed!Granted, I absolutely WILL be having to get that knee replaced, & sooner rather than later, but I plan on continuing my turmeric regime until my days here have come to an end (=hopefully a VERYYY LONG TIME from now!!)!!!Peace, & good luck to you ALL!And LISTEN...“Live HAPPY!
