I bought this because I have GERD and can no longer use mint based toothpastes. It tastes really good and gets my teeth super clean. It's easy to rinse out and has a pleasant aftertaste. It creates plenty of foam when you brush your teeth. It says it's for kids but it also works great with my adult teeth.
