Raw, next question.
Truly can’t say enough positive things about this. The quick connect; amazing.. no more unscrewing and twisting the hose. The retractable reel; clean, effective, efficient and effortless. The size; perfect, and if you need it to be further than 6’ from the outlet you can always add a regular hose with the quick connects.Truly amazing value, no notes.

Perfect for what I needed
Perfect for what I needed. Only problem is the screw stake doesnt work very good in Florida sand. You really need regular dirt soil. Easy assembly. Works great retracting hose.

My second one!
I have replaced all my hoses with these. Love the first one I ordered and this was my second order. Well made and the retractable design is wonderful!

High quality and easy to use. So great we bought a 2nd one for the back yard. Neighbors are all asking where we got it. 🩷

It's a bit cheap feeling but overall I'm happy with it
Just received it today and so far I really like it. The fact that it comes with an installable drill post is a fantastic addition and getting it into the ground was super simple.I docked 1 star for two reasons:1) For pennies more they could have added in a built in level to the top of the drill post to help get it installed perfectly straight up. I installed mine on a slope so it's definitely a bit tilted by not being able to clearly see my level while using both hands to turn the post in2) it does feel pretty cheap. Even the hose connectors are plastic so I hope this whole thing doesn't fall apart.I'll probably try to remember to revisit this review in a year and would up it to 5 stars if it lasts without any signs of breaking.

Convenient and Well-Designed Hose Reel
Season 2 and still working. I have another hose reel in the yard and it is a manually rewind. This auto rewind feature is so much nicer. Makes watering a breeze. It was easy to install using their in-ground spike connector. It also has quick connects for attaching the hose. The setup makes it easy to remove for the winter.Overall, this reel has been a reliable and convenient.

BEWARE
Do NOT buy!!!!!! Product keeps popping off of hose - occurred twice causing 5k in damages To my basement as we were not home when it occurred so water flooded it.
