My son got a gaming headset that only had one plug but unfortunately his PC had your traditional headphones/mic ports so this worked out perfectly allowing him to use his cheap headset on his PC. Highly suggest if you are in this situation.

Make sure you have it plugged in ALL the way. This thing gets loose easy. Other than that it fixed my issue.

I was excited to finally get my spitter so I didn’t have to use a console controller to use my headset, but when I plugged the splitter into my PC, it gave a weird ringing sound as if there was interference, I checked all my audio settings to see if it was my settings, but after all the research and attempts at correcting it, the ringing/interference would not go away, idk if it was a defective product, but I would look for a better brand or something with a better reputation, and not the cheapest one you can find.

Didnt even plug in all the way and my mic picked up on every bit of audio played through windows my other splitter worked perfect but this wont it: edit turns out i didnt plug it in all the way needed more force was scared they would break smh there great
