Q: This fits a 2009 Sierra with the factory cooler thats located in front of the radiator?

It fit my 2008 perfectly. The design was improved in my opinion.

Q: Will this fit nnbs, or my 2011 4.8 silverado 2wd? does it come with all plumbing minus quick connect tool?

Don't know what nnbs means, but I checked a 2011 Siverado 4.8 2 wd on rockauto.com. It appears to fit your truck.... Your original lines snap into the fittings on this cooler....No disconnect tool is included !..........On the old cooler it's no problem to release the hairpin clips using a pointed object, small screw driver, aided by possibly a very small pair of needle nose pliers, etc. ....O-rings and clips are all ready installed in the new connectors, just pre- lube the lines before you insert them into the fittings......Hope this helps !

Probably. 2001-2006 suburbanas and Tahoe's are similar

Q: is this bypass for the radiator cooler?

It's actually an auxiliary cooler, for vehicles that have the factory transmission cooler. That being said, if you want to make your own lines, and completely bypass the radiator, this can definitely work in that application.
