Good wine yeast
Made a batch of wine with this , let me tell you that it'll knock your socks off and leave your boots on. Tastes better than using bread yeast.

not sealed but rapid fermentation
It arrived and was not sealed properly upon opening. The package of yeast was not air tight... will see what happens when I try a batch...Started a batch of peach mash.... pitched it in at 86 degrees. Put a light fleeceblanket around it and left it... next day the whole house stunk! Checked on it and the airlock looked like it was boiling at a high temp... is this normal? Checked the temp on the bucket and it had gone up to 90 in a room that was 70... I removed the blanket for a few min to slow the bubbles. Finished fermentation in less than three days. Smelled and tasted the wash and could smell and taste the alcohol. Cleared wash and running in the still... will update when done.
