Works flawlessly
Works great, the quick release does not leak at all and is super simple to use. I just wish it had come with a clip to clip the hose to itself so it's not just dangling around and can be hung up for easy storage. No worries I had a friend 3d print just that for me.

JACO tire inflator
This JACO tire inflator was exactly what I was looking for. An accurate analog pressure gauge and a 1/4 “ npt port for my old time quick connect fitting.

Quality, easy to use.
Well built, rubber armored pressure gauge fits directly onto an air hose with the supplied fitting. It also has a lock on, easy release chuck that works perfectly. Just pull the trigger, and you can control exactly how much pressure you put into your tires. Bleeder button to quickly remove air too.My old chuck grabbed the valve, and it was hard to get off, and I even tore the valve off of my bicycle tire one time. This one locks on and easily releases with a button! No more torn valves! It even comes with a shiny silver Jaco Industries decal that I put on my air compressor! I am so happy with this product!

So close to perfect.
Pros:I’m really Impressed with this product. Very accurate and consistent readings (I’d only need a more accurate gauge if I was planning on putting my 4x4 Sprinter Van on a professional race track - which I’m not). Extremely quick and easy connection and disconnect with next to no air loss at all. Easy to read gauge… it even has a button to release air as needed. Without being connected to a hose this acts like a separate guage, easy to connect and check pressure with the ability to quickly take out and set lower on the fly. Perfect for starting on a rough or sandy trail. This makes my separate air gauge completely obsolete now.Cons:The only downside or improvement I could suggest to the company is to upgrade the cheap plastic protective cover. It survived being shipped to me but the plastic cover literally broke apart like the thin, brittle plastic cover it is. But when I put it in my backpack… not a tool bag with sharp, heavy tools, but a soft backpack filled with clothing, the flimsy cover got crushed. Come on guys, this upgrade or fix would make this product almost perfect.Im still loving this product and its still working like a champ but it’s hard to show it off to others with a cracked up, cheap plastic face.

It Leaks UPDATED: It's worthless
I set up a drop from my shop compressor to just air up bicycle tires. I installed a pressure reducer set to 50 PSI. I soaped all connections and got everything leak-free. I leave the shop compressor on all of the time. But the JACO Inflator leaks a bit through it's valve causing the compressor to cycle on about every 20 minutes. And the gauge is not particularly accurate at low pressures. I wish they offered a 50 PSI option. All mechanical analog gauges are most accurate in the middle of their range. And using the minimum pressure gauge required it is easier to fine adjust, as long as you don't supply more than the maximum pressure. Otherwise, a good basic cheap inflator for car tires and the like, as long as you are ok with disconnecting it after use. Not the best for bicycle and other low pressure things. edit: I just reviewed and see that I posted with a photo with a high precision electronic gauge I had. I switched back to the original and ordered 60 lb. gauge. Not a lot of choices for a 50 lb with 1/8 npt bottom mount.edit 2: So, I had this rated as OK for car tires and such, but it leaked out the end with 50 lb. line pressure. Bought the 60 pound gauge. But when you press the lever it goes up to line pressure (as it should) but when you release the lever it STAYS AT LINE PRESSURE! - push the button - it goes to 0 - push the lever it goes back to line pressure. So it will air your tire, but it will not indicate how much. Second photo: it looks like tried to copy the Lincoln, but failed severly at QC. So, I took the new gauge an put it on the one I thought I was replacing. It is over 30 years old and I aired hundreds of tires with it when I worked in construction. It leaks around the lever valve but at least the gauge works. Last photo: the chuck works fine - easy off and on with very little leakage. But for bicycle tires I had to add a low profile street L to avoid the spokes. Wow! that was a lot of words for a dumpster basket ball. Guess I was a bit frustrated...I'm over it now.
