Wood pellets for pizza oven.
They said it would be 5day delivery, But arrived next day, haven't used them yet but they look just made for the job.Brilliant.

Not the best they clump together and don't burn down to ash put to many on at once and they extinguish the flame

I'm not convinced
I might have been using them wrong but I really didn't get on with these and the moisture content seems very high for what they are. They don't seem to be a terribly effective fuel in my opinion and normal kindling works just as well if not better. I couldn't tell any difference in smell or flavour but perhaps I was just fed up trying to get them to burn... I l ended up using a plumber's torch to ignite them in the end but it took a lot of heat to get them going (moisture content) and then once alight they burned out rather quickly. I would have probably been better using the torch to cook the pizza directly with the amount of gas I used.
