I’ve been taking these capsules for about 2 weeks and already feel a difference. My mood swings and hot flashes are more manageable, and I sleep more calmly at night. I really like that it’s all-natural. The pills are easy to swallow too. I’ll keep taking them and see how it goes.

Yes I just started taking them Saturday too had to be cut off but that was ok with me that just let me know sealed good it has given me good energy just hoping it works for my menstrual cycle and my lining will give more information in another week .

I was extremely excited to try these as I feel my estrogen is tanking. I took two this morning and after about 30 mins felt like i had a quad shot espresso and not in a good way. Which is strange because they do not contain caffeine. I feel wired as I'm typing this and my cheeks have gone numb. I might try again tomorrow but only taking 1 capsule and with food but I hope I can return these because they are definitely having a weird effect on me.
