These work
The plugs aren't the ideal shape/size but that's whatever. They work seamlessly with Apple Home. Built well enough. I got these on sale for 30 bucks during the holidays, I'd say that's about the most you should pay. I use either a phone or an ipad to interface with the various lamps I have plugged into these. Easy initial setup with the Kasa app

OBSESSED with these devices
I might have a problem: I have 30 of these things powering various lamps, speakers, and neon lights scattered throughout my home. They integrated seamlessly with my Alexa devices, so all o have to do is tell Alexa to turn on X device and—presto! No getting up. No searching for switches. No reaching awkwardly behind furniture. All my guests are super impressed and I feel like I’m living in a promised future of convenience. Get the four packs to save $$.

Very good plugs
These kasa plugs are easy to use. Just plug and play. The size allows the second wall plug to remain usable. Easy to control and turn on and off in the app or in Alexa. Good quality. No electrical noise or hum. Recommend, especially when on sale.

Love them! Great buy!
One of the best purchases for our house. We connected these to our lights in our bedroom and living room. I gave it 4 stars because it was a little difficult connecting them to our home system. I ended up using a YouTube video to show why it wasn’t connecting and eventually everything worked great. (Could just be an me issue haha) Overall, works so well and would definitely buy again.

Smart Mini Plugs
Pros• Easy setup• Quick to connect to WiFi and respond• Small footprint• Status reports• Schedules• Phone app support• Microsoft Windows Store app supportCons• NoneI use Kasa surge protectors and now have bought these single smart plugs. These work just as good as the surge protectors. The plugs connect quickly to WiFi when plugged into power and maintain a solid WiFi connection. The plugs respond quickly respond to phone app controls. Within the app you can pull reports of runtime, power usage, etc. You can set schedules or timers on the plugs as well. Very very handy plugs and I definitely recommend.

They just work
Very responsive and easy to set up. Just make sure that when you set these up on your phone that your phone is using the 2.4 ghz band to connect to your wifi.

Reliable
I've used so many different smart plugs over the years. Most I got rid of because I didn't like having so many different apps for things that didn't work with smartlife. The Kasa app was one I didn't mind having, since I rarely use the app, and everything is voice controlled via Alexa.Easy to set up, and probably the most reliable ones I've found. And I like that they persist the state they were in if you lose power. Some, if you lose power while they're on, when power is restored will stay off. Not these.

handy. would be better with button on either side
these work well on wifi but if youd like to turn on a switch thats plugged in, the button might not be accessible on the side that is facing the user depending on its orientation in the wall socket. also these smart switches and those made by others do not take into account how they block access to remaining wall plugs or if theyre attached to a power strip. somebody might figure out a way to put an extender on the plug to raise it away from the wallplate so another item can plug in next to it
