Ink bleeds/does not dry quick
I own my own business and I have been using this brand since opening. The last few times I’ve ordered I have been left so disappointed and frustrated. The ink does not dry the way it’s supposed to, it leave my price tags smudged no matter what I do! It has been taking about 3-4 hours for the ink to completely dry which has lead to my sticker tags being wasted.. I have attempted to contact them in regard to the product but have not received any kind of response from the company or Amazon.I do NOT recommended buying this ink! I will be looking for a new price gun company after having to deal with this!

Didn’t fit the prices I had
Googled what size and said this was the right one. However it’s too small for the one I have.
