This is an awesome project for your little one. Comes with paint, paint brush and the stepping stone. My son (5yr old) absolutely loved painting this stepping stone then placing it into our rock garden. If you're trying to find an arts and craft project for your little one, definitely try this out. The durability of the turtle is great. It's quite thick. And the size of the stepping stone is fairly good. In the picture you can see how big it is. I was worried when ordering it that it would be this tiny turtle but it surprised me with how large it was. It wasn't overly expensive either. Great buy and I'm glad my son enjoyed it very much.

These are very cute. I have made some for myself. I would put a video on here of them, but it’s storming here where I’m at so and the paint does not wear off when there’s when you step on them and they don’t wear off when it rains.

Bought this to put grandkids hand prints in it for grandmas garden and they turned out so cute. It was easy to use but you did have to follow the instructions step by step or you would ruin it haha. It was pretty messy so make sure you do it outside. The kit came with everything you need and the kids had a blast being able to paint it after it was done.

I bought this for a stepping stone project my son had at school. They are making a garden with them, but it was harder to use than I expected. The instructions say a child should be able to mix the plaster as you add the mix and water. Not true and even I had a difficult time. It was hard to judge how much water to mix with the powder and you have to do a little at a time for each. It was very messy and kept getting spilled over the sides of the mold as we mixed it. The mixture even started smoking! It took us too long to get the entire mix added so it began to harden. My son, who is 8, wanted to do his handprint and there was just enough space. We ended up with air bubbles and did our best to smooth them out some. It took a few days to dry and then my son painted it. At the very bottom of the instructions it mentioned the product being for indoor use, so I ended up using a spray to seal it since it’s being used outside. The kit did the job and my son was happy with how it turned out, but I hope it holds up in the school’s garden. I guess time will tell!

My 4 yr old granddaughter loved these! Cute set! She painted one for me, and put two in her flowerbed. They are small, but the perfect set for the budding artist. I sprayed mine with a clear UV protection spray hoping to preserve her artwork as long as possible. 🙂
