I was dealing with frozen shoulder and started physical therapy right away. It helped, but the pain and stiffness were still getting in the way. I decided to try Zyflamend, and surprisingly, I noticed a difference within a couple of days. It didn’t fix everything, but it seemed to take the edge off the pain and inflammation, which made it easier to actually do the PT exercises.I’ve been using it for a few weeks now alongside PT, and things are definitely improving. No side effects for me. Just felt like it gave my recovery a bit of a boost.

Its calm my pain

I am really impressed by this product. It was recommended to me by a medical practitioner and a friend and I’m so happy with the results. My body prefers the mini soft gels instead of the capsules for some reason. I do tend to be sensitive to caffeine and I only take 2/3rds of a dose a day. When I tried the capsules, I was jittery and didn’t sleep well. But the mini soft gels are perfect for me. My overall body/joint/muscle pain has been alleviated, if not completely gone from my life. I was dealing with severe pain with no apparent cause or reason and my doctor told me to just up my dosage of Advil and Tylenol. Not wanting to do that, I turned to this remedy and am grateful to have it in my life. I haven’t had to take any Advil for over three months and I was taking it several times a day just to get thru my daily work and duties (I work long days and hours). I also feel like I sleep better at night since taking these and definitely have more energy during the day. I highly recommend these for pain management and a slight energy boost during the day.

I purchased this product based on the recommendation of a friend, for my lower back pain.I received the bottle over night. Ordered it at 10 pm and it was delivered tbe next morning before 8 AM. AMAZING WORK BY AMAZON EMPLYEES.I took 2 capsules the first day and as soon as I took the capsules, with in 15 minutes I felt a good relief of pressure and pain in my lower back. I think this was a psychological effect. Since this is not a pain killer. For you to see the effects will take a few days of taking tbe capsules. Today I have started to feel the effectsLess pain, less pressure. I am taking turmeric at the same time, in addition . Over all I am pleasantly satisfied with the effectiveness of this product, and will continue taking it as long g as it helps with my lower back pain.Hopefully it is safe taking it for a long run !

I have used this product to help manage systemic inflammation. More specifically, I use in combination with other supplements to help manage my prostate health. I have notice that using this product with the other products does help manage inflammation more effectively.Other types of inflammation that this could be used for would be managing inflammation of the joints. Many times, as we age, we feel like we just don’t move the same as when we were younger. It feels more restricted to move and bend. One cause of that could be that the body is experiencing systemic inflammation.So, what is systemic inflammation? It is when the interstitial fluid builds up within the body. This is fluid that occurs between the cells. It is used to carry nutrients to the cell and carry away the waste products after cellular respiration has occurred. Think of it like squeezing a garden hose with the water running. What happens? The water yields to the pressure and flows less. Think of the cell as being the garden hose and the increased pressure of the interstitial fluid as you squeezing that hose except that it is happening throughout your body. Everything becomes tighter and therefore works less efficiently. Reducing inflammation then eases that pressure.Lastly, I would like to say that managing symptoms of any kind is not always going to be effective. That’s because we can only hypothesize as to what the underlying cause is based on the symptoms. For example, I mentioned inflammation of the joints. If a person is having discomfort in the joints, then that could be caused by many factors – one of which could be systemic inflammation. Or, it could be multiple factors all occurring at the same time – one of which is systemic inflammation. The only way, at least that I have found, to determine the cause of the underlying condition is to try different products that target different causes. Sometimes I try multiple products until I find one that works. The others not working does not necessarily reflect poorly on the product; it just might be that the underlying cause is not able to be addressed by the particular product. Upset stomach..gassy and discomfort..still taking it..

I love how it works, but I need more than 2 per day. Unfortunately I must supplement with Tylenol.
