Short review:It works, especially with probiotics!BUY it if you have gut issues, especially IBS, or tend to get sick often.In-depth review:Before taking this I had IBS, with bloating, gas, and unpredictable loose stools.I’ve also been on a low FODMAP diet.My doctor recommended that I take 5,000 milligrams per day of a GOS (galactooligosaccharide) prebiotic to go along with my probiotics (I take NewRhythm).He told me that the probiotics need these prebiotics to survive, like plants need fertilizer to survive.And he said he recommends GOS because it’s used in baby formula to help babies quickly grow their good bacteria in their guts.I couldn’t find a GOS prebiotic that had 5,000 milligrams per serving, so I had to take multiple servings to get that 5,000 milligrams, and that got expensive.Luckily Prenutra released theirs with 5,000mg per serving.Another thing I like about this is that it doesn’t have any additives. It’s pure GOS. The other brands that I’ve tried had other stuff in them, like sugar, or combined ingredients so you can’t know exactly how much GOS you’re getting.The directions say that you should take it at the same time everyday, so I’ve made it a habit to take it with my morning coffee. So yes, you can take it with hot or cold liquids (or food).About the flavor: It tastes great. Like just pure sweetness. Not like saccharine, sugar, or Stevia. It just tastes sweet.I also like that it comes in individual packets that are already dosed out, and I can take anywhere.I also love the syrup. It’s way better at dissolving than the powders I’ve tried.Bottomline: Does it work?Yes! The IBS with gas, bloating and diarrhea is gone.It took a little over a week of taking it everyday for it to kick in and take care of my IBS.But if I don’t take it I will have IBS that day. So I make sure I take it everyday!Taking it with probiotics, I really feel like it’s a magic bullet for IBS.Another thing that I’ve noticed is that I’m not getting sick like I used to.I know there’s a strong connection between our gut and immune system. And I do believe that this product has strengthened my immune system. And I can say for certain that I haven't gotten Covid while taking this!I highly recommend this product, especially with probiotics. It’s a game changer!

The product says you may experience some negative side effects for the first week. By day 5 I was at my doctors office sure I was about to die. I adhere to a healthy low carb organic diet. My doctor said this product was not for super healthy people like me. My intestines were so inflamed it took a complete week for me to feel completely back to normal. Also no returns for this product. If you eat healthy I would definitely not recommend!

My microbiome specialist suggested I start taking this each day. They taste good and are easy to take every morning in the individual tubes. The second batch I ordered came with 2 of the tubes not fully sealed so there was a bit of a dried mess in the box. I reached out to the company directly, supplied photos and asked if there was any way they could replace the 2 tubes. They got back to me a few hours later and sent an entire new box to me along with a coupon for my inconvenience. I really appreciated the quick reply and a resolution far above what I asked for. They seem to be a company that really stands behind their product.
