Edit: I still can’t find the perfect pillow to SLEEP on, so I took some fluff out of this one to see if it works better for me.Original: I’ve tried to find the perfect pillow and this one was so close. It is thick and fluffy, keeps its shape, and doesn’t seem hot. The filling never goes flat. I am so comfortable on it while using it to stabilize and prop myself up in bed, but sleeping on it has proven to be painful. It is just too high for me. I am mostly a side-sleeper, and sometimes roll to my back. I wake up with neck aches. I’m still keeping it because it is so comfy while I’m awake and reading or watching tv. I wanted it to be the perfect pillow for me, but I can’t sleep on it without waking up sore.

Easy to wash, super comfy and made well. As a side sleeper I love it!

It's hard to find the perfect pillow and I must say it took me some time, but I finally found my perfect pillow. I have had these pillows for about a year now and I love them! They have held up to multiple washings. I highly recommend.

Pillow came rolled up tightly in a vacuum sealed bag. That was a surprise. The filling is flattened on the end that was on the inside of the roll, and is thicker on the other end. I’ve fluffed and shaken and patted it but can’t get the filling even. It is quite a lofty thick pillow unlike the product photo which appears a flatter pillow. It is somewhat too firm side sleeping, and presses uncomfortably on my jaw joint area. Most surprisingly it is a noisy crinkly pillow. It sounds like sleeping on a paper bag full of crumpled newspapers. Not exactly what I had excitedly awaited. My cat likes sleeping on it so I’ll put it on the spare bed.

Reduced my neck pain. Soft but not flat.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am a side and stomach sleeper and always struggled to sleep well, this pillow certainly helped improve that. I can’t remember exactly why I decided to try these but I loved mine so much I got two for everyone in my family. Not sure how often they should be replaced but it’s been three years and I swap out and fluff my two every time I change the sheets and they are still just as good as the day I got them.
