Difficult to set up and use.
I bought this for a job where I needed to see into underground detention facilities, used for stormwater storage, and found it cumbersome and difficult to use. The video screen seems cheap and didn’t look like it would last. Although, I can’t comment on its longevity because I returned it without actually using it in the field. When I tried to set it up at the office, it seemed like it would be problematic and difficult to use in the field; however, I never actually used it in the field. Retuned it and bought the longest selfie stick I could find - that I’m pleased with.

I tried contacting support for assistance but was not able to reach solution.
Doesn’t work anymore with recording video,which is really unfortunate because I need this for work.

Limitations
Works fine however would be much more useful if it could add tags (GPS).
