The product claims up to 4 hours of battery backup, but in reality, it delivered around 2-2.5 hours initially, which was still great for my needs.Over time, as expected, the battery backup decreased. After 8 months of use, it now provides only 10-15 minutes of backup. However, there’s no need to worry since it’s still under warranty! I reached out to Oakter’s support team, and I can’t praise them enough—they are super friendly, responsive, and even available on weekends via their WhatsApp number (you’ll find it in the box). They handled my query quickly and efficiently.Some might wonder why the battery backup dropped from around 3 hours to 10-15 minutes after 8 months. Honestly, for a product priced at just ₹1,299 (as of 18/05/2025), I think it’s totally worth it for the value it offers.I highly recommend this Mini UPS to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable solution. The product is good considering others in the market. For 2 years it gave a good back up of upto 3-4 hours but after 2 years now it barely gives 15 minutes backup. Since the warranty is over nothing can be done other than accepting the product has lived it's course. It's same with every product like this so don't really have any complaints 2 years at this price is still a good deal.

The device is good, but sometime back started giving issue with backup and was not working with the router, making the router switch on/off again. I connected with Shubham Tiwari from Oakter Customer Care, he expedited my issue and helped me get the replacement for the device.

I have been using this for last 6 months and it’s been very useful. This gave me power backup for almost 5-6 hours without any interruption. I guess it will give more hours than this. Worth buying the product. No issues found till today. Design quality wise little quality improvement is required. Anyhow it’s not an issue.

Ordered Mini UPS Pro V1 (12V – 3A) from OAKTER.Was working fine for 9 months. Later started giving backup time only 3 ½ hrs instead of claiming 8 hrs.The same reported to customer support and did few tastings as per their guidelines.But it didn’t help and again updated same to customer support via WhatsApp.😊 Awesome, surprisingly Oakter sent NEW BRANDED PIECE as replacement.Really Happy with the company and customer support team.Oakter is understanding the customer issues and fixing those on priority.I love the product and Oakter.

I bought the Oakter Mini UPS hoping it would keep my Wi-Fi running during power cuts, especially since they claim it provides up to 4 hours of backup. But honestly, that claim feels pretty misleading.In reality, I’m barely getting 25 to 30 minutes of backup—nowhere near what was promised. I made sure everything was connected properly and that the UPS matched my router’s voltage (12V), but the results were the same every time.Setup was simple and the device itself looks fine, but the whole point of buying it was the backup, and on that front, it really falls short. If you’re expecting hours of uninterrupted internet during outages, this probably isn’t the right choice.Bottom line: It works, but not for long. Oakter should be clearer about what users can actually expect.
