Hello everyone, I went through the book. It has a practical approach towards life. Sometimes, you may get bored as the book does not have any graphics, stories, or funny things. It is a serious book for serious people.

I have been thinking about the things which is written in the book. It is about the subtle things our brain is saying and doing. Very well written, language is good with good vocabulary. Loved to learn new words from book. Must read, very practicale book for growth seekers.

I am not a reader But because of some of my things in life i wanted to divert my mind to things i never did so i like reading philosophical things on instagram so i thought why not invest time in reading something then searched for good book as i said m not reader so i dont know who are good authers, writers so i searched for best sellers on amazon but one thing was clear that i desperatly wanted to read something good so after searching i end up on this book As the Title stuck in my mind as wanted fo read something so i purchesd kindle edition and started reading and i loved it not all my Questions are going to solve but i got my direction Thank you so much!!!!!
