300 Medium Dubia Roaches in CUP

Not only were these shipped right away & came earlier than expected but the seller communicated so great with me on questions I had & ensuring I was a happy costumer. Some died but not enough for me to stress about. The size was smaller than expected but I reached out to the seller & they let me know which size to order next time (as well as continued to answer all my questions). Good value for money, no smell, & appearance of health looked good (I only counted 10 dead which was nothing really). I will definitely be ordering again.

Bugs arrived in great condition despite the heat and only lost 3-4. Will order from again

Firstly the POSITIVE - Shipped in CUP as advertised and shipping was super fast with zero delays, arrived earlier than scheduled.NEGATIVE- ordered 300, certainly doesn’t look like 300 but I could be wrong since these feeders are so small, these are not MEDIUM as advertised all super small. In my years of ordering you expect a mixture of medium and small but these were ALL super small !The smallest Dubia I have EVER received as medium size in all the years of ordering -so beware !Again you always expect some die off due to shipping, there were more in this order than previous orders and after gut loading and watering, I found many others that I had to dispose of !I would certainly think twice about ordering from this distributor again

I have ordered from this company a few times and although I did have to contact them due to the amount of them that arrived dead (twice) and then another time which was no fault of theirs (delivery issue), I will say, their customer service is top notch! They rectified all the issues that I had and even helped with a hand written delivery instruction on my most recent order. Their customer service alone is why I will keep ordering from them.Now, as far as the roaches themselves... (this does not include the only issue I had with them that they did in fact correct) they are healthy, juicy and quality bugs! The sizes definitely vary from each delivery but I know if anything goes wrong, they are an email away!Transparency of the issues I had...First delivery was of 200 I believe... and I did not receive 200. I didn't even receive 100. When I contacted them, they sent a new (and correct) delivery but from transporting to VA in August, most arrived dead. I contacted them and they sent another order that arrived in perfect condition. They were plump and my dragon loved them!2nd issue was recent...I live in a cul de sac and at some point on my block, the mailboxes switch sides of the driveway and all of my Amazon packages get delivered to a random house. I have a bright blue front door, all of my orders have this listed, but USPS delivered that time and it never made it to my house (no pic either bc... usps). When I contacted them, there wasn't much they could do but Amazon refunded me and they were in contact through the process of reordering, adding the hand written note, and wanting a follow up once it was delivered!They seem very personable and that alone is great when you're buying from companies.I do like to purchase when they're on sale, but I'd still say with the quality of the bug, I don't mind paying the full amount.(The smell is only when they're dead... which is expected with any dead thing 🤷‍♀️)

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 300 Med Dubai bugs. Personally, my bugs coming in a container is very important. Especially when I order over 50, because it’s hard to get them out of a bag without them running wild & out of the bag. The listing specifically says they come in a container, which is why I gave 3 stars. However, these bugs are very healthy & almost all of them arrived alive, & they are nice size for medium bugs. Honestly, compared to all of the other Meds I’ve ordered from different sellers, either these are large or I’ve been getting ripped off & receiving small bugs. Also I think the count is correct. If this seller starts shipping in containers as advertised, this will be the best seller out of all that I’ve purchased from. If it wasn’t for them arriving in a bag I would definitely give 5 stars. So if you don’t mind your bugs in bags, this seller has great quality bugs! Also I received them a day early! I look forward to them using containers in the future!

Got my dubias today, they all seem healthy! There were a few DOA but by far most of them are doing great and I'm sure it's well over the actual quantity I ordered. Most of them are really good size. They came inside a mesh bag which I was worried about, but they were totally fine, and I transferred them into the (included) plastic containers with no issue.My single very minor complaint (and I feel weird even complaining about this) is that I feel like they came a day earlier than I was expecting, and that would have been really bad if I didn't happen to be home when they did, because it was pouring down raining and they were in a cardboard box, as you'd expect.Overall, very pleased with this company and will likely order again.

Everyone was alive when I received them. Eventhough they were put in the mailbox.
