It nice and luxurious fabric for this pack. It like jelly inside but fabric is strong and soft feeling when u touch it.I have periods cramps and it works for that, I went to heat it up in microwave and then put it on my belly, after that I felt so much better for few hours. My nephew burned himself yesterday and we used it as cold pack. He felt better for an hour, it resulted fast and his burn calmed down.Highly recommended!!!~ ❤️‍🔥

Used this for knee swelling and it’s worked really well. Once it softens a bit after coming out of the freezer, it moulds nicely to the shape you need. It stays cold for a long time too, which really helps. Handy to have in the freezer just in case.

These feel like a quality item. Sturdy....I think they will last. I put them in a cooling cover I made for my dog in this hot weather. It works great but I can trust my dog not to chew or burst them. It stops the panting.

Have only used this as a cool pack. Not too thick, malleable, holds cool temperature for a long time. Freezes quickly. Recommend for painful joints. Good value for price. Size good.
